Summary: Job Purpose: Provides food services by maintaining food service operations; providing food services for special meetings and/or events; monitoring upscale Dining Services program and supervising staff Duties: * Accomplishes food services objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling. * Meets food services operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements. * Meets food services financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions. * Maintains food services equipment by following operating instructions. * Gathers feedback and commentary about food and service by interviewing residents in facility and conducting written evaluations following special events.
